People today are opting to buy used cars rather than brand new cars. This is typically due to the fact that we are all trying to save as much money as we possibly can. This simple list of questions to ask when buying a used car is necessary if you want to get a good deal. Look right now so that you can get yourself on the road once again!

If the seller of the car does not have the right title on the car, you might want to think twice. You could be looking at a stolen car or a car with a salvaged title. You want something with a clean title so you do not have to spend anymore money than you have to.

The overall condition of the car needs to be taken into consideration. If the car looks like a clunker, you may want to move onto the next one on your list. Ask about oil changes and fluid changes that have been made as well as any other types of maintenance. This will let you see that you are buying a decent car that has been well taken care of, or a car that has been neglected.

Take a closer look at the battery inside the car. If the battery is old, you might need to spend the extra money to buy a new one. Take the time to ensure that you are buying a used car that has a brand new or even relatively new battery. This will help to keep your costs down to a minimum.

If the car leaks oil or any other fluids, you do have an issue on your hand. Take the time to ask the seller about any cracks in the hoses or the fluid containers so you do not have to replace them yourself. When ignored, these leaks can create a number of costly issues that you might not be able to afford.

Ask how old the tires are as well. Tires can become a very costly expense and when you buy a used car, you still do not want to replace these soon. You should check over the tread of the tires to make sure that they are not too worn down. Worn down tires could also be the cause of flat tires, which you do not want to deal with!

Finally, you need to make sure that you do take the vehicle for a test drive. Those who test drive used cars can get a good feel for the car and listen for any alarming sounds. Pay close attention to the way the car handles so you know you are buying a quality vehicle. If there are any sounds, ask the seller about them before you buy.

If this is your first time buying, make sure to use this list of questions to ask when buying a used car. Take this list along with you and make sure that you seek out the best car for your wallet. Start shopping right now so you can easily get in the car of your dreams without the high price tag!

The CW network has announced that it will bring Smallvilleback for a 10th season, but unfortunately Lex Luthor is not coming along for the ride.

The long-running reboot of the Superman story, starring Tom Welling as Clark Kent and Erica Durance as Lois Lane, has enjoyed a ratings revival after being moved to Friday nights in the fall and will stretch it's run into season ten with an unexpected rush of momentum. Smallville is currently the CW's best performing show for male audiences and has dramatically improved their Friday night ratings.

Rumors were flying that Michael Rosenbaum would also return to the series and reprise his iconic role as Clark Kent's greatest enemy Lex Luthor, but Rosenbaum has sadly debunked that report through Twitter.

Smallville revolves around the adventures of Clark Kent, a reporter for the Daily Planet newspaper and also a hero currently called The Blur, as he journeys from small town Kansas farm boy to Metropolis superhero. Clark Kent's allies include the Green Arrow, who is played by Justin Hartley, and his enemies include the villainous Zod played by Callum Blue.

The current cast of Smallville also includes Allison Mack, whose Chloe Sullivan was created just for Smallville and was not originally a DC comic character. Allison Mack is the only series regular from Smallville season one still on the show besides Welling. This season Chloe's role as Watchtower for the Justice League has given her a place in the traditional Superman mythos for the first time.

During the current season it's been revealed that Lex Luthor is still alive and was not killed by the Green Arrow as previously thought. Michael Rosenbaum played Lex through season seven and fans had hoped he would make a return.

Smallville premiered on the CW back in 2001. Tom Welling has now portrayed Clark Kent longer than any other actor, except Christopher Reeve who played him over a long span in the Superman movies.

Smallville was developed for television by Alfred Gough and Miles Millar based on the popular DC Comics characters. Kelly Souders and Brian Peterson serve as the current executive producers.

If we knew how to, all of us would be downloading movies. The truth is, not many people can recommend a site. There are so many sites offering fast movie downloads. There are other ways to download movies called torrents but they can be complicated files to open and even advanced computer users get stuck. It is best to look for plain and easy sources to download movies.

Why does every website ask for a credit card? This is because at this time, free movie download sites do not exist. You may want to see that movie now, but that is not a good reason to input your credit card so quickly.

The important thing to remember is that there are many sites. You should ask questions before you join. Some sites are fibbing about what they offer to mislead you into signing up. If a site has twenty thousand movies in their database, the number sounds realistic. You do want to find a site that offers a big selection and one that is updated often. Inspect the site carefully. Make sure it is easy to use. See how the movies are categorized and make sure the site has easy search abilities. A good site will list a short description of each movie.

By no means should you get annoying pop ups. You certainly should not get any viruses! It goes without saying that the picture quality should be very decent. Movies should not be bootlegs! Also be wary about reading reviews. Most of them are made up by the website owners and not real.

So now you know why little is known about downloading movies. It would be an even nicer treat if you were able to easily burn these movies to a disc. Nothing beats being able to share a good movie with your friends. Unfortunately, that is illegal so it probably will not happen. You are only allowed to make back up copies if you own the movie.

I realize that most people were hoping to find a free website. Unfortunately, these sites do not exist. The only free sites lead you to the ever complicated torrents that often contain viruses. If they do not have a virus, then there is something wrong with the movie. You never know what language it might be in either. Basically, anything free in this area comes with an unpleasant down side.

For those of you that do not know where to start, you must simply search the web for answers. There are good sites out there and people will let you know if a site is bad. There are some sites that are trying to take advantage of people.

So how do you know which sites are legitimate and which sites deliver what they promise? Are you better off going with a big name? More and more video chain stores are turning towards online sales. These bigger companies are likely to have a great service. You might have to pay for it though.

This is a new concept that is only beginning to evolve. In another year or so, there are bound to be movie download sites as popular as Starbucks coffee. Eventually, some sites are going to shine brighter than the others and word of mouth will set them apart. The movie download sites are only budding now.

Cast your mind back to yesteryear, when your party would always be at your home. On the invite list would be a few friends from school, neighbourhood buddies and family members - they would come over for a couple of hours whilst your parents took on the role of Butlins Reps for the day. They would be the ones to organise all the party games, more so they would make the rules - the Golden Rules - these were non negotiable.

My dad would spin me and my friend around at high speeds holding a sharp object of some description whilst our eyes were covered with a tea towel. The idea of course was to pin the tail on the donkey, not into the wall. Rarely did I win. The pin pricks are still visible to this day.

On my party agenda were all the old favourites, mine was Pass The Parcel. We would all gather in a tight circle and rip apart yesterday's newspaper for a good thirty minutes or so, eager to get our hands on a Strawberry Short Cake pencil case or a Chic A Boo. However, every year it always turned out to be some item of clothing or doll that my nan had lovingly knitted. Worse still, I would never be allowed to win, despite it being my party! My guests and peers would always be preferred as if to add a sense of fair play to proceedings.

Musical chairs was always a favourite too, if not a challenge! Getting on a piano stool was a task for any child at the best of times - throw in friends you are scrambling with you to get on it and it was near impossible! The piano stool tactic was my undoing, I always went out first, maybe I should've gone for the poof instead.

How times have changed! Or have they? 30 years on from my parties and kids will still always get giddy at the thought of playing party games and winning prizes, even if it's a kinder egg and not a DS. So if the kids haven't changed, then perhaps it must be us and our generation. We have, without knowing, changed the golden rules over the years. These days games are non elimination and with prizes for everyone invited, expectation levels have risen and kid's parties are now "Fair For All". The issue here is your average class size of 5 year olds is 3+ and rising. It is little wonder parents are fretting at the thought of all these young children running riot around their front rooms and kitchens! How will they get their hands on the paper required to wrap 30 presents for pass the parcel? There is always the option of fumbling through the neighbour's recycle bin at night, but keeping the noise of rustling paper down is one thing, silencing wine bottles and beer cans is quite another!

Even starting and stopping the tune for musical statues is a dilemma now that every pop song will throw in the occasional swear word!

Sometimes the sensible option is to leave it in the hands of a kids party organiser.
